Therapy for illness, medical trauma, and caregiving in Beverly Hills

A diagnosis changes more than your body. It changes your plans, your relationships, and how safe the world feels. Our therapists work with people living with cancer and chronic illness, people recovering from frightening medical experiences, and the family members caring for them.

You can meet us in person at our Brighton Way office or online anywhere in California, including from a hospital room, an infusion chair, or your own couch on a hard day.

How we can help

How therapy helps with illness and caregiving

Illness affects the whole person: the body, the nervous system, relationships, and identity. Our clinicians draw on EMDR, psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, existential therapy, and trauma-informed care to help you process what has happened, cope with what is still uncertain, and stay connected to the people and things that matter.

Several of our clinicians trained at Cancer Support Community Los Angeles, working directly with patients, children, and families affected by cancer, so this is familiar ground rather than an adjacent specialty.
