About MoWhat happened to us, and sometimes to the generations before us, shapes how we see ourselves and how we connect with the people we love.
I was born in South Africa and have spent the past 20 years living and working across Europe, Southern Africa, and the United States. That background shapes my culturally affirming, trauma-informed approach to individual, couple, family, and child therapy, including work with the LGBTQIA+ community. I see clients in person in Beverly Hills and online throughout California.

My therapeutic approach
I believe deeply in the power of a compassionate witness to support growth. I work to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood as you do the courageous work of change.
My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed care, with mindfulness, CBT, and family and relational work woven in as needed.
